"IF MY HEART COULD TALK"

REFRAIN
If my heart could talk,
This is what it would say,
"You've got to keep me pumping every day.
You've got to bend and stretch,
You've got to twist and turn.
You've got to keep me pumping,
So your brain can learn."

VERSE 1
When I need a burst of energy,
I reach for the sky,
Then I stand on my tiptoes,
And stretch so high.
I touch the floor and squat down low.
Now I stand up straight and I'm ready to go.

VERSE 2
To get my heart pumping,
I just march in place,
Then I twirl my hands at the fastest pace.
I touch my elbows to my knees.
Now I cross my arms,
And I give myself a squeeze!
